Material processing:
Flexible magnet is produced by consolidating high-quality strontium ferrite powder with polymer, and granulated ready for further processing. The ferrite granulate is converted, and calendered into flat wide sheet, and continuously magnetized with a multi-pole pattern on one face.

Applications:
Fridge magnets, vehicle signs, advertising display, toys and games, educational, visual planning, bin markers, graphics, hand lettering, hot stamping, die-cutting, and much more.

Magnetic performance:
Most of the flexible magnetic sheeting is a isotropic grade of ferrite having an energy product between 0.63 and 0.75 mgoe; Flexible magnetic sheeting with semi-anisotropic/anisotropic grade of ferrite are available for more specialized application, which provide higher energy product demand upon request.

The flexible magnet material is coated to prevent the exsudation of toxic element from the surface, our plain brown magnet provide solutions for many application for reprocessing of printing industries. The flexible magnet can be further laminated with printing media such as self-adhesive, gloss white vinyl, or even p. P in order to process for printing, and it can be die-cut, pre-cut, or punched to various application.

Slitting:
For the magnetic strip, we can supply in rolls, or cut into specified length of your request. After laminating the magnetic sheet in rolls with vinyl, or self-adhesive, we can then slit the master rolls (650mm x 100m) down to standard narrow strips, width minimum 8mm.

Printing solutions:
To satisfy the various demand of printing industries such as screen printing, flexo, digital, offset, hot stamping, litho printing, hand lettering, we can provide different printable surfaces as the media for laminating to our flexible magnetic sheeting. Vinyl in white, glossy white semi-glossy, colorful types are basically available, we also offer special printable surface upon request.
